All confections are handmade by Stephanie Glaisek, a French-American chocolatiere.
Born in France in 1976, Stephanie always had a passion for chocolate and pastires- first for eating them, and then for creating them.  At age 17, she became Henri Le Roux's ( the famous french choclatier) first and youngest apprentice.  She since worked in Avignon, for the Blanes patisserie- chocolatiere.  In 2000, she moved to New York and worked as a pastry chef for the Relais and Chateau Gudie rated Castle in Tarrytown.

Between 2004 and 2007, while working as a restaurant manager, she pursued her passion by making holiday chocolates for friends and family.  This quickly became a full-time job and she parlayed her first love into a business form her many discerning customers.  Angel Wedding Works is proud to curate Stephanie's chocolate works of art and offer Stephanie's handmade favors for your wedding, party or special occasion.
