The Wedding Flower Planning Process
Your Inquiry
Tell us about your special day, when, where, what you may need. The details, share some inspiration with us so we can get a first look. We’ll respond. We’ll let you know if the date is available.
Schedule a call or zoom
We'll schedule a call, a zoom or in person meeting if you’d like so that we can get to know you, your inspiration and vision.
Planning Quote & Worksheet Executed
Within 1-2 weeks we'll email you a worksheet proposal of design ideas, flower suggestions and pricing for you to review. We can discuss the plan either through email or by phone together and make any updates or necessary changes based upon your feedback and budget.
Deposit
If you love what you see and would like to move forward with Angel Wedding Works as your floral designer a deposit of 20% of your estimated total is required to reserve your date. The deposit secures the date for you with Angel Wedding Works and insures we are available.
Communication/ Finalization
If you need to make changes or updates we will communicate through email until finalization takes place which is 1 month before your wedding date. Final payment is due 21 days before your event.

Our mission is to WOW you, to provide unforgettable flower designs that you and your guests will love. All designs created for you are yours to keep, we don't lease flowers.
